Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
www.spicy-stitches.com ships through USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.spicy-stitches.com ships to addresses within the U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment and confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
